I found that IMA (Google Interactive Media Ads) SDK which this plugin is based on has a restriction on usage: "You agree to use the IMA SDK solely in connection with advertising products and services offered by Google.", see https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/terms

Just think it should be mentioned somewhere.
