buttonMode with "Plane" #101

setting "buttonMode = true" is not working with "primitives.Plane" but
works fine with "primitives.Cube".

The issue is getting a hand cursor to show up when a material is interactive.  
The
problem is, we can't account for every scenario.  Most people want to have hand
cursor on elements IN the material, not just the entire material - hence the 
entire
3D object.

So, I tell most people to listen for rollover/out events on the movieclip used 
as a
material and change buttonMode on the stage.  This trick works for me 
everytime, and
it really leaves it up to the developer.

It's not a simple bam - fixed issue.  We're not dealing with movieclips that 
are on
stage half the time.  So, you have to leave it up to the developer.
