[C++] Use conan #6244

Update evhtp github to https://github.com/zerotao/libevhtp

Currently it is not used btw, but in one recent blogpost I found info that the solution built with Conan (not with just cmake) - showed better performance How do you think - will it be possible to add Conan? I remember that I had some issues with versions because of old Debian package.. maybe we could revisit this approach one more time?

It could be great, in terms of version management.

Unfortunately, some packages are not yet on Conan.

However, if you have the knowledge to do so ... Be my guest @cyrusmsk
