LightDM not starting light-locker #75

On the main wiki it says "After installing light-locker, it will auto start along your session" however this does not appear to be working. My LightDM session works just fine but light-locker is not running in the background.

Is this still supposed to work? Is there configuration required first?

I have the same problem with XFCE + LightDM 1.17.3 . I think light-locker require update, because it doesn't work with new versions Lightdm.

light-locker should install light-locker.desktop into /etc/xdg/autostart/. Most session manager of the desktop environment will start light-locker. For example xfce4-session does: http://docs.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-session/preferences#application_autostart

I think gsd-screensaver-proxy is preventing light-locker from working. I tried to stop gsd-screensaver-proxy in /etc/xdg/autostart but I couldn't get it to stop running.
