As a user, I want the option to be able to delete a list. I should be able to confirm this choice. I list will not persist in the clintside or in firebase once deleted? Only the owner can delete the list.

Is this a soft or hard delete of the list? Soft meaning you can restore the deleted list, hard meaning permanent delete.
