Update docs #55

Update README and changelog for 0.9 to include all features. Should we use the Wiki feature on the repo for full docs, similar to MapShaper

I think for now we don't need to go full repo and can stick to a more organized README. I'm a big fan of journalize's docs and how it includes typings, which are crucial for our config blocks.
