Bly and the crew are described twice in the reception area #81

badges which show the air quality in the Aquadome.

Tip follows you into the reception area.
The five Aquadome crew members are here.
Commander Bly is here.

Commander Bly is here.

That's because FOOT-OF-RAMP describes Bly and the crew as part of the room's description:

It seems a bit unnecessary. Not sure if it should be fixed, though.
