unable to deploy successfully #34

Greetings!

I've been trying to setup a new instance of this today, I have a few other instances that have deployed without a hitch. today I am receiveing this though,

I think you found on the internet something like that https://dba.stackexchange.com/questions/83984/connect-to-postgresql-server-fatal-no-pg-hba-conf-entry-for-host

But I never had an issue like that before
