Prepping for Public #70

Things we need to do before we can open the repo to the public:

[ ] Move "Fall 2020 Extension" issues into "Next Grant" milestone
[ ] Rename main 'boilerplate' folder?
[x] Prune old branches
[x] Update 'master' ReadMe to reflect current project status.
[x] Merge and release 1.3.0
[x] Re-organize wiki (especially sidebar)
[x] Make sure readme/wiki has instructions for new dev to set up run environment
[x] Intro to system architecture -- Designed to run on a single server in a classroom, with student computers logged in. Run as node server or run as Electron app. Students build models. Data is saved to a database on the server.
