No such file or directory: '/home/root/.config/pulsemeeter' #124

When running as root (or i guess any other user, which's home dir is not in /home), config location will be wrong

pulsemeeter [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/root/.config/pulsemeeter'

To Reproduce

  1. create a user with home dir outside of /home or log in as root
  2. run pulsemeeter
  3. See error

Expected behavior program should respect XDG_CONFIG_DIRS and paths should not be hardcoded (or something im not a programmer)
