Take the Xenoblade 3 modw for example, when I right click on "Emu Scaler Enabler.rar" and download and extract it, there is no ptchtxt file inside. There is just a ".file" extension on it. How do I make it a .ptchtxt file? Also opening this ".file" extension, I see no code inside it but just a big list of game names. Where are the instructions and what am I supposed to do?
