Add mouse support to fullscreen DLG #168

DLG - fullscreen:

enable the mouse cursor
make window width always even number of columns
add OK and CLOSE buttons
left-align the window title
implement the text cursor with in-place editing

GFX:

add a structure for rectangle definition
allow drawing vertical lines in CGA
fix line alignment in SDL2

PAL:

add support for Del key in SDL2
