TOOLS, ENC:

Add support for TDES cipher (Keying option 2)
Add support for encoding a 112-bit key as 25 characters with hyphens

ENC:

Allow transformation of keys over 64 bits
Fix parity calculation under MSVC
Properly handle prompt lifecycle

SLD:

Add support for TDES-protected content (inline, or entered raw or 25-character key)

DEMO:

Showcase TDES and 25-character key
