Build Flask server for Vison UI #3

The Vison UI require a flask server to receive search query, image file, video or link. The server then should send relevant search result to the UI.

Head over to Vison UI repository here. Go through the To-Do section to get a mental model.

A demo server can be found in the indexer dir.

More features will be added.

I would like to work on this, but i would need a week to get familiarized with flask server concept. Would my proposal still me accepted for winter of code?

The last date to submit your proposal is 21st October. The date got extended by a week. So you can do this. @som23ya

Also It's suggested to have a look at the Vison UI.
