Set ballooning #200

I saw there has been a commit that includes the ballooning-option (https://github.com/theforeman/foreman_fog_proxmox/commit/a30773e7d1c4e761445a38b0f25c1d1ed9a7e79a), but I don't see this option in the memory-section of a new host.

It is available with Minimum memory: if set it is ballooned.
