clone host fails

Incident description:

1. clone host
2. set name
3. save
4. message error: undefined methodinclude?' for nil:NilClass`

Problem analysis:

• logs: foreman_fog_proxmox/app/helpers/proxmox_vm_config_helper.rb:124:in block in parsed_typed_config
• caused by empty type, because type is disabled in clone form, because when we clone from a host, cloned vmid is equal as previous vmid so new_vm is false.

Solution:

• clone host but don't copy vmid
