adding a trigger for cluster health #16

I wanted this to throw an alert if the health turns to anything but HEALTHY. So I added it. It's also super easily modifiable to make it only trigger when the health is ERROR(3) or OTHER(255)

No problem. Actually i use to have this check on the template i'm currently using. But i figured out that this trigger was missing here.
