What problem is this feature or improvement solving?: On Command Centre, When extracting a Rating report for trips, the "rating" colum on the report only states "positive" or "negative" which does not actually tell us much on how well the trip went.

Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.: On Command Centre, When extracting a Rating report for trips, the "rating" column must state the actual amount of stars that the commuter rated the trip instead of stating only "positive" or "negative". Example: 1 star, 5 stars, etc

Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Should have, for effective use of the platform.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: This imporovement will give operations a better indication of how well the trips are going.

Hi @Arsene Mwenze few questions: What difference will knowing the exact amount of stars make rather than knowing the starts were 3 and above or below(positive/negative)?

Please advise how this will improve. Also, advise why the comments won't provide this additional information on the trip.
