Multi-Export #521

main UI To add "Multi-Export" button which would open "Multi-Export" dialog

"Multi-Export" dialog

List of items: Items are the same as contents of export dialog of each plugin, but with "Remove" button on top of each item

save last multi-export "layout" into a config file to load it next time
