For whatever reason choosing /runtime=YYC with Igor causes compilation to fail - presumably the IDE is doing some more undocumented magic here.

Reopening this to track YYC not working with cache enabled as that's quite a big deal given YYC's slow first-time compile and incremental speed boost we currently miss out on.
