This has now been reported to the owner of the property who has advised that he will attend to this soon.
The dumped mattress is still there. Can you ask the landlord when he is going to remove it please.
I have followed this up with the landlords again, he will be contacting his tenant again to follow this up to see when this will be removed.
The landlord has advised that this has now been removed, please let me know if this is not the case. Thanks.
It has been moved back into the back garden thanks. At least it's better than polluting the public access space.

Issue Description?
Instead of disposing of it responsibly, the tenants of 20 Blackthorn Road have dumped a double mattress which has been in their back garden for weeks over the back fence of their back garden into the alleyway which runs at the back of the houses on Lawson Cloe and Blackthorn Road adding blight to the estate. Please write to their landlord instructing them either to remove it or to instruct the tenants to remove it without further dumping it anywhere on the estate.
