I assume this quest has a missing step.

I have crafted the Transmutation Catalyst as shown below in my hotbar.

If possible, what's the command to auto-complete a quest?

Pack version 0.10.1.3-beta

EDIT: Seems reloading the game fixed it for some odd reason.
