run SpriteMe across multiple pages #40

Currently, SpriteMe analyzes the current page and makes sprite
recommendations. But some (many) sites want to sprite background images
from page A with other images from page B. It would be cool if SpriteMe
supported this scenario.

One workaround now is to add some HTML from Page B into page A so all the
background images are in one page.

In a firebug tab, it could look like a "Start/stop profiling" button which try 
to
aggregate the new images received in the network tab to the generated 
spritemaps.
