uncapping the rest of the items XTBLs #7

publish edits for the weapons / items_3d xtbls as well as the customization_logos files to have doubled limits like we did for customization_items to allow for an easier reloaded workflow in the future. call it future-proofing.

might be possible, weapons xtbl was a bit finnicky when i tried looking at it, it worked but it didnt
