Ah, I'm really sorry, guys. I screwed up the last doodle. It turns out timezone conversion wasn't enabled.
So, there's nothing else to do but to create a new doodle. Here it is: http://doodle.com/vuw8yg23wqiktax5 This one should show you the option to display the times in your timezone.
Sorry you have to fill this in again. :/ Don't hate me. :)
I'll close the doodle on Thursday.
Regards
Hello guys, sorry, at this time, from 29th may to 22th june, I am on vacation in Norway.
Regards Mark

OK, poll is closed. The selected time is Saturday, 31st, 18:00 UTC/GMT - http://doodle.com/vuw8yg23wqiktax5
For the meeting we will use the voice chat software Teamspeak. TVP has a Teamspeak server which we can use.
Instructions: 1) Install Teamspeak: http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads
2) Click on this link: http://www.teamspeak.com/invite/voice.thevenusproject.com/?password=TVP&channel=TVPDesign%2FWeb%20Development&server_uid=HSPemWE3XIbV%2FPWL921KEuOzSGg%3D (this will work only when you have Teamspeak installed). It will transport you to the correct server and channel.
3) In Teamspeak, go to Settings=>Setup Wizard. This will help you to configure your audio settings. Choose a PushToTalk button from the wizard options (be sure to choose a key that you don't really use while typing). If you can't hear yourself when talking
Please take a few minutes to configure all these microphone and headphone/speakers settings some time before the meeting so that we can use our time together most efficiently.

As always, if you have any questions, don't be polite. :)
Hi, got team speak installed for this evenings meeting but the link doesn't open the server? I've entered the server address directly into Teamspeak but it asks me for a password... Can you send it to me please?

Hmm, strange. I can see the password in the link. Anyways, here are the details to login. Server: voice.thevenusproject.com | ts.thevenusproject.com Password: TVP (capital letters) Channel (once you get into the server): Web Development, it's near the bottom
Oh yes! Sorry didn't think to look at the link [?] I've just tried to get into the web development room but get this message:
insufficient client permissions (failed on i_channel_join_power)
presume this will be ok at the time...

Yeah, I was intending to send a message yesterday but Falang stopped giving me a php error so I wanted to find out what that is about and give you guys some better information. I'll create a new issue here and describe all I know.
So, to give an update, we managed to upgrade php (it's now 5.3.28) and the test site is now back up at http://tvp-dev.linguisticteam.org If anyone would like an account created, let me know.
(About the name, it's all good, I don't prefer one or the other. :) Some even call me just Bo. :P)
No probs Bo :)
I’ve managed to break the admin panel trying to install Josetta! I don’t have permissions to remove the module via FTP… Can you take a look? I’ve installed Falang btw. seemed to be working ok until I decided to put Josetta on.
Let me know how you get on. The error I’m getting is this:
Fatal error: Class 'ShlHtmlBs_helper' not found in /var/www/vhosts/tvp-dev.linguisticteam.org/public/administrator/modules/mod_josetta_jump/tmpl/popup_j3.php on line 19
Sorry about that!

Fixed. :)
Hi guys,
Let's have a meeting in order to discuss where we are at, what needs to be done and how we can collaborate and split the tasks so that we can accomplish a lot without too much effort. What do you say?
I created a doodle which you can fill in here: http://doodle.com/d5h3taesshud9q9u
Doodle is a tool that allows us to determine a day and time which are convenient for the most number of people. Just fill in your availability. It should automatically convert to your time zone. The times are 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, and 12am (midnight).
I will close the doodle on Sunday and will announce the date and time of meeting then. If you aren't able to participate, just let us know. Also, if you have any questions, drop them here. :)
Have a nice life. Borislav
