Thiago, I made a first version of the front end of this page. This means that is not yet connected to a back-end, and anything written now, won't be submitted. I will connect with the back end as soon as we validate the front-end..

The main idea is that every column of the original dataset must be available here so the contributors can add information:

This is a first draft, and I did not add any input validator yet (ex. for emails). Please let me know anything you notice that could be changed!

Adorei a maneira que organizou. Está muito clara e tenho pouquíssimas sugestões:

1) lat e long (colocar em algum lugar para fornecer dados em GRAUS DECIMAIS 2) Abaixo de cada título poderia ter um exemplo do que esperamos. Fico imaginando que o povo vai colocar o doi de tudo quanto é maneira. Imagino bem pequeno abaixo do titulo aparecendo em cinza claro, por exemplo.

O resto está muito massa. Você detona!

New changes:

• Now users can choose more than one option in "where"
• Improved the "where" options (there were options with more than 1 place)
• Fixed how the options "trait_dimensions" and "trait_details" are saved on Google Sheets. Now they are saved completely.
• Created an ID for each contribution, so can appear in the "code" column. The logic is that is generated from the date/time of the contribution, so is (almost) impossible to have 2 codes from different contributions. Example: "c20230907093536" (I added a "c" in the beginning so we know that is a contribution"
• Added a column called "verified" in the papers sheet (on Google Sheets). The idea is that a contributor can send any type of contribution. In order to maintain the good quality of the database, the contributions will only appear in the Shiny App after someone from the author's team changes the "verified" option from FALSE to TRUE. The workflow will filter only the "verified == TRUE" contributions before adding to the dataset.
