Make gap-only sequences optional in constructors #23

Done for multidna. @KlausVigo once we have a add.gaps method for phyDat adding this to the multiphyDat constructor should be trivial; I am happy to change the constructor, but don't know enough about phyDat to make the add.gaps method efficiently.
