Bookmarklet window pop-up is not focused #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use bookmarklet to save any URL

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the pop-up window should be raised on the top of the current browser. but
instead, it's hidden behind.

issue fixed. resize works in IE. new bookmarklet will also pop-up a new focused
browser window (i.e., won't hidden behind the current browser). SVN Revision 
379.
