A 27-year-old nullipara is seen in the outpatient clinic. She is seven weeks pregnant and has been referred because of bleeding. The gynecological examination reveas that the uterus is enlarged corresponding to six weeks pregnancy. Transvaginal sonography reveals an empty uterine cavity, a 6cm luteal cyst at the right ovary and otherwise normal findings. She has no pain.
What will you do?
