Provide option to let LaTeX compile even though the actual document did not change #508

Hi Thomas,

I have another suggestion. I work with .tex files that depend on many sub-tex files, and sometimes the underlying files change but not the main file. It would be cool if you provided the option to let the document compile even though the actual document did not change. At the moment, I have to insert a blank space somewhere in the main .tex, otherwise the document will not compile again.
