can't read Kanji in file and folder names #530

Somehow I get the latexmk: Bad command line arguments looks like it can't read kanji [japanese] in folder and file names I let TeXworks do the job for now but is it possible to add it somehow in the next version? big thanks

Atom 1.41.0 latex 0.50.2 Win10x64

nevermind looks like it's a latexmk problem i have to dig deeper in to it bummer
