suggestions: replace "Selection:" with just "Not selected", right now its looks weird for "reproduction steps" maybe add some info about allowed host for files that are needed to check issue/bug "specific version" placeholder looks weird, like you specify platform input above but some people could thing that this input need both platform name and version not just version, also probably another input for just selection "Client/Server/Both" would help "Extra" also looks weird maybe just "Additional information"

edit: also maybe some label for issue that is "pending verification" and "need more info/context"

It allows for multiple products and versions, so we also need versions for all of these. "Selection:" seems like a GitHub thing, haven't found where I can change that and it does make sense when several products are chosen.

"Extra" also looks weird maybe just "Additional information"

I like the first, thank you. Most labels will be implemented in the real repo though
