`npm i` fails on Windows

Without a gzip command installed globally, the size script fails.

"cat umd/index.min.js | gzip | wc -c"

Two options here:

Document the need to install this thing on your PC if using Windows (-1: very unusual)
Use an npm script / JavaScript file to do the thing
