IE issue - jerkiness in playback

Not sure if problem with swfobject, as may be a flash issue, and it may
have been reported before (apologies, there are alot of wmode reports...)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
3 video are used to test this:
1. http://connectingsomerset.online-media.tv/video
2. http://connectingsomerset.online-media.tv/video_test
3. http://connectingsomerset.online-media.tv/video_test2

Video 2 contains this in it's parameters:
<param name="wmode" value="transparent" />
the other two do not.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
playback in IE should be the same in all videos, similar to other browsers
such as firefox, chrome, opera. instead IE is very jerky when <param
name="wmode" value="transparent" /> is present. remove this and playback is
the same as other browsers.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE all versions, vista/xp

Please provide any additional information below.
if this is a bug in flash then I'll be happy to file it...any pointers?

This issue is not related to SWFObject. There are any logged wmode issues in 
Adobe's
bug system: https://bugs.adobe.com/flashplayer/
