I am trying to export a users inbox, The users total inbox size is 9.6 Gb but when I export using the export folders (simple) method I only get 1.9 Gb. I see folders that have several thousand emails in it. However the MBOX file that the ImportExportNG creates for that folder is 0 bytes.

Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

@RomanoPauli Can you give os/ietng version info Does the inbox have subfolders? @cleidigh

The OS is Windows 7 /10 tried both. And yes the inboxes do have subfolders. I will get back the ietng version but it was the latest as a few months ago until then.
