Set file modification to msg date not correct for html, plaintext,pdf - v14.1.0-b3 fix #585

Since June 8, the date is no longer added to the file properties when exporting emails as HTML files. Instead, all HTML files have the date they were saved. I am using ImportExportTool NG v14.0.3 with Betterbird 115.11.0-bb28 (64 Bit) on Debian Bookworm.

@barheine Thanks for this catch. It also applies to plaintext and pdf. I have fixed in v14.1.0-b3 which I will post shortly. This is beta for Thunderbird v128 & v115. @cleidigh
