Offline .html files not working on Android #290

Webviewer on Android OS

Steps to Reproduce

upload a .html file and set up a webviewer to display.

Expected Behavior

Should display the .html file

Actual Behavior

does not display any .html file stored within the app in the built version. Instead shows error message: Error loading page Domain: undefined Error Code: -1 Description: net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED

@gre4twh1te We've tried to figure this out in the past but haven't had much luck. That said, we'll give this another look.
