[feat] Cyclopedia Surface View Data #283

Hi,

I might PR with it, but for now I built this in python,

I've created conversion from satellite .bmp.lzma files. https://github.com/elkolorado/Tibia-Satellite-Cyclopedia-Map-Export

The repo creates merged floor views. In /utils I've made scripts to save them as separate for purposes like leaflet viewer (see below)
