added prettier + ESLint (2nd pass) #16

adds Prettier formatting and format existing code, because clean code. that's it. that's the PR.

ESLint, typechecking CIs and whatnot coming soon.

for existing PRs, please merge from main after this PR is merged. (cc: @angeloanan @hendrasan @agallio)

Also merge after #18.

NextJS 11 supports ESLint out of the box (https://nextjs.org/docs/basic-features/eslint)
