Credentials in Admin UI #112

We need input fields in the Admin UI to pass the credentials to the server. 
Currently we are using the guest account, which does not have appropriate 
rights.

Credentials can be passed now, however it also should be possible to use SSL 
connections as well since from 1.0a we also have SSL support (wss://) on the 
server!
