Following packages, or changes required to them by sbomnix, have been made available in nixpkgs since last flake update.
Start using the version(s) from nixpkgs instead of packaging them in sbomnix:

nix-visualize
vulnix
reuse
pyrate-limiter
requests-ratelimiter
reuse
Update github actions depndencies'.
nix develop command with the updated version of sbomnix apparently requires a newer version of nix than what was installed in github actions before this change.
