correct sample code for Python #35

I tried to use the SDK in Python and got error message ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tiktok_business_api'. Reffering https://github.com/tiktok/tiktok-business-api-sdk/blob/main/python_sdk/README.md, it went successfully.
