Please conduct "housekeeping" on this project.

• [ ] first, familiarize yourself with our housekeeping page on tilburgsciencehub.com / change/adapt if you think things are unclear then,
• [ ] implement our "new" directory structure, src, gen on this project
• [ ] use three modules: parsing, data-preparation, and analysis
• [ ] restructure all files and folders accordingly
• [ ] turn folder into a git repository (git init); make use of .gitignore so that only files that need to be versioned are versioned
• [ ] adhere to other "housekeeping" guidelines shown on tilburgsciencehub.com

Main goals are: (1) ability to share workflow with students (2) checking whether our housekeeping notes are fine and understandable
