Hide YMF262-LLE render core in emulation options until it is usable #1989

because it clearly is not. Downloads.zip - contains module, render, and instrument file. as you can hear, first note plays correctly, second note has missing operators 3 and 4 of 4op mode. nuked-opl3 renders it correctly.

Won't hide. Issue is fixed.
