Documentation update: ne_10m_populated_places needed for OSM-Bright tutorial #2702

I went through the Ubuntu OSM-Bright quickstart. Eventually when I got the project added in tilemill I opened it (in the tilemill browser) and saw

  ENOENT: no such file or directory, scandir '~/dev/tilemill/mapbox-osm-bright-f1c8780/shp/ne_10m_populated_places'

To fix this I had to download and unzip https://www.naturalearthdata.com/http//www.naturalearthdata.com/download/10m/cultural/ne_10m_populated_places.zip - I think this just needs adding to the tutorial, at the same point as the downloading of simplified-land-polygons-complete-3857.zip.
