remap labjacks in /etc/hosts #113

Due to pbob issues at FTS during preparations for test flight we had to swap the IP addresses of labjack1 and labjack3 from labjack1 = 192.168.1.110 and labjack3 = 192.168.1.112

to labjack1 = 192.168.1.112 and labjack3 = 192.168.1.110

fix this post test flight when we rebuild the PBOBs
