This PR incorporates Ian's star camera data into the pointing solution, largely replacing the old star camera code. Some cleanup remains (#78).
Testing will proceed by observing the sky: connecting a star camera to a flight computer running mcp, we should see the mcp telemetry report a new pointing solution that agrees with the star camera computer's solution after triggering a star camera capture.
