shortened URLS not found #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload and shorten site
2. paste shortened site into URL
3. nothing...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be taken to the site I was shortening, but instead I received the 
standard "Not Found - The requested URL /short/afo/489 was not found on this 
server.  I logged in with both the admin creds and through mysql and verified 
the shortened entry is being logged to the DB, yet the short URLS do not link 
back to their long form.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am running Phurl beta v2 on Kali Linux (Debian) with Apache2 and MySQL 5.5.31.
