Add a "do not upload" feature #11

Sometimes a presentation will need to be held back. A do not upload box would enable us to explicitly mark a presentation that needs to be held back. Ideally this could tie in with something in the conference schedule metadata so requests from presenters for a presentation to not be recorded can be immediatly highlighted in the interface.

Primarily a tick box on the interface, but a feature request for this to be incorporated into the back end schedule data has been made so this can be pre-populated. Only a small number of presentations are held back but the consequences of releasing something that shouldn't be released are potentially serious, so avoiding errors is a good thing.
