Been doing some experiment with kinetic battery and kinetic bulwark. Seems the 
skill's template kinna lost some effect which is the shield effect. Manage to 
recreate the same effect as describe and it's working fine but will disable 
embark skills. For boost and double boost you need to rework with that skills 
template. For me i recreate from randommoveloc.java and make a new one called 
robotmoveloc.java just for that skills. Did some packet adjustment, change that 
skill on skill_template from randommoveloc to robotmoveloc that i just create 
and it's working. But that was just an idea. Falke or any other dev might do it 
properly than what i did.

Can't seem to fix them myself, im clumsy today and after 1,3h of trying I 
decided to let it go.
